  • Strength training, structural balance, strength preparation and or metabolic conditioning sessions tailored to your exact body and ability level. Using progressive overload as a primary approach and a combination or barbell, dumbbell, cable, banded, bodyweight exercises and more we will get you stronger and have fun doing it.

    $180 per 55 minute training session plus a once monthly access fee of $48 paid to DIAKADI

    30 and 90 minute sessions also available.

  • Train with me from anywhere in the world! $300 for a personalized 3-4 week program for you to follow on your own, delivered via the (free) TrainHeroic app and including video reference for each exercise.

    Take any guesswork out of your gym or home workouts with 3-4 week training phases assigned to you via the TrainHeroic app. Using progressive overload and highly customized based on whatever equipment that you have available to you. Text and email support included or schedule a consultation if more in depth assistance is needed.

  • Receive suggestions on how to improve upon your current training program to reach a specific strength or aesthetic goal. During remote energy work sessions we can address aches, pains, emotional and energetic imbalances in the body using a technique similar to Reiki.

    $50/30 minutes

    $100 for one hour

  • All the benefits of a coach holding you accountable while exercising in your own home. Using FaceTime or Skype I can give you real time feedback on your form, count your reps and tempo and time your rest periods all so you don’t have to do it yourself.
