"I have been training with Joanna for over 7 years now. Joanna brings a holistic approach towards physical training. Everything from sleep, mood to muscle soreness and stress is taken into account to determine the right working load for any day. We came from having done Barry’s and this attitude of unless you were dripping in sweat you were not working out. Over the years she has exposed us to diff types of training cycles and importance of rest periods and recovery. She believes in quality over quantity and will make sure all your reps follow the right tempo. But she manages to do all of this in a very calm and zen way which is a far cry from your stereotypical personal trainer. She is also able to create workout programs and do remote sessions of getting together in person is either not possible or you have access to a gym of your own. Looking forward to getting stronger with her over many more years!"

"I have been working with Joanna for 5 years. Her program design is par none! The programs are customized specifically for me and have helped me stay injury free for longer than I can remember. I started working with Joanna When I was recovering from a severe back injury. Following her customized programs help me to rebuild my body the right way. With my foundation solid I was able to get stronger, increase mobility and flexibility, all while avoiding any more setbacks. I am stronger on ALL of my lifts than i have ever been. I didnt understand before how working on relative weaknesses can help everything else even though it can be humbling at first. I am at the point where I cannot wait to dive into my new programs when she posts it to the app. She has such a rich knowledge base and understands my feedback better than I do myself. I cannot recommend enough trying out her programs. She will help you reach your goals, while teaching you how to enjoy the process."

"Joanna has been my training since January 2018. Three examples of why I gave her top rating 1. Personalized: I know that she has multiple clients but I feel as if I am her only client based on constant changing of exercises, knowledge of my personal records, and specific stretches that I need to do 2. Balanced: I am recovering from a broken elbow and she has the perfect approach of getting me comfortable with different exercises and knowing when to push me out of my comfort zone. 3. Empowering: Joanna is a not a screamer to demand one more rep...she is a jedi master that makes me believe that I can achieve one more rep. For me, this is extremely important to build my confidence. "I have worked with Joanna for almost a year now and I can't give her enough praise. When I had my first session, I was very nervous (even though I am a bit of an athletic woman). Her manner was calm, professional and encouraging. Soon, I felt at ease and confident in my own abilities. I had been involved in a cycling accident that left my shoulders impaired and I was petrified to experiment with exercising. She was sensitive to my fears and walked me gently through each movement, assuring me that I was okay. I had been set for surgery on my left shoulder and with my consistent workouts with Joanna, I barely have pain anymore! In the big picture, my body is stronger and I feel a lot more confident in a bathing suit!"
